T-shirts are hand silk-screened with Eco water base fashion inks that makes the ink part of the garment and soft to the touch. Unlike thick and rough of plastisol inks commonly used in mass produced clothing. For black garments we mostly use discharge inks which they first removes the dye of the shirt and then apply the ink into the fabric, that way the white waterbase ink is more opaque on black clothing without being thick.
T-shirts are made from high quality 4.2 oz., 100% combed and ringspun cotton
Heather colors Shirt are 52% combed ringspun cotton, 48% polyester. When we shipping from Japan we usually use a 5.6 heavyweight combed and ringspun cotton.
