We’re happy to offer a refund or exchanges for any items that are not completely satisfactory excluding shipping costs except when its our mistake. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, in perfect sellable condition. Please use the contact form or email us at nietoair@gmail.com. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
